Welcome to "Frank.Germano.com". Tired of an oil-based, fossil fuel economy, yet?! Well, you've come to the right place, then. This website was created to provide some "fresh air for a dying planet." Now, more than ever, we need to take a very hard look at how we are treating  the planet Earth's resources; ourselves and our environment. I started planning this website by selecting two figures from our recent historical past, each of whom offered mankind, in general, the ability to expand beyond conventional limitations imposed by our deliberate, uncaring and wasteful treatment of our natural resources. A third important variable, the velocity of flow of water, is generally not thought to be important. It is taken into consideration only as the velocity resulting from the release of water pressure connected to and dependent on altitude differential but not as an important factor in its own right. In fact, current design of hydropower facilities normally excludes utilization of the dynamic energy potential inherent in the free flow of water. A dam destroys this natural energy potential by bringing the water from its dynamic state of flow to a static state, a complete absence of motion. If we study the writings of Viktor Schauberger and Ludwig Herbrand, we find that the energy inherent in the free and unhindered flow of water may be potentially much greater than that obtainable from the exclusive use of pressure resulting from altitude differential. A normal flow of water rather than an altitude-induced pressure, has been used in mills and old blacksmith hammer works of the pre-industrial era.

Continued: ...Heinkel clearly did not act on the early information it got from the Repulsine research, continuing instead on the development of its own jet aircraft projects and turbojets in competition with its bitter rival Messerschmitt. However, one year later in 1941, with Schauberger working on aircraft engine liquid cooling systems for Messerschmitt, one of Heinkel’s own personnel, Flugkapitan Rudolf Schriever came up with the idea of a “Flugkreisel” (Flight Gyro) that did not rely on Schauberger’s discoid motor but on developing turbojet technology. Schriever later claimed that the inspiration for his design originated with the discus sporting event observed by him at the 1936 Nazi Olympics, but this is doubtful given that his employer Heinkel was researching the Schauberger motor the same year as Schriever’s idea came to him. Naturally, the SS responded to Schriever’s proposal by taking control of it while Schauberger continued work on perfecting the Repulsine A model at Mauthausen along with 20-30 prisoner engineers.

It was nearly the end of WWII. At that same time, scientist Viktor Schauberger worked on a secret project. Johannes Kepler, whose ideas Schauberger followed, had knowledge of the secret teachings of Pythagoras that had been adopted and kept secret. It was the knowledge of Implosion (in this case the utilization of the potential of the inner worlds in the outer world). Hitler knew - as did the Thule and Vril people - that the divine principle was always constructive. A technology however that is based on explosion and therefore is destructive runs against the divine principle. Thus they wanted to create a technology based on Implosion. Schauberger's theory of oscillation (principle of the overtone sequence, monochord) takes up the knowledge of Implosion. To put it simply: Implosion instead of Explosion! Following the energy paths of the monochord and the implosion technology one reaches the realm of antimatter and thus the cancellation of gravity.

Unfortunately Schauberger was an Austrian caught up in the inhumanities of war-stricken Europe, and at the peak of his creativity was forced to work for the German war effort until the end of WW II. Under orders from Himmler he was to carry out research-and-development for the Germans at Mauthausen concentration camp where he worked with twenty to thirty prisoner engineers on secret projects centered around 'higher atomic' energies. He received special dispensations from the German SS, for both himself and his prisoner engineers, to carry out this research work. In 1944 he and his engineers were moved, again under the direct orders of the SS, to Leonstein in Austria. At that war's end most of his machines at Leonstein were sequestered by American and Russian 'engineers' and cul-de-sac'd. After the war he moved to Salzburg, but found no-one willing to help him further his researches. Schauberger wanted purely to help humankind make a better world for itself. In return his life's work was taken from him by the arts of businessmen, and he died a broken man in 1958.

If you think about it for a while, I am sure you can think of many ways that nature uses a spiral, or vortex pattern. We all are familiar with the conical windings of sea shells, the spiral patterns of stellar galaxies, and even to ourselves, with our RNA and DNA structures in our bodies. Hurricanes, twisters, tornados, and cyclones, all of which are some of the most destructive storms and forces on our planet, all form the classic vortex spiral pattern. You must be familiar with the water flow out of bath tub, forming a vortex spiral down the drain...it spirals in different directions depending on which part of the planet you are on - counter clockwise in the northern hemisphere; clockwise in the southern hemisphere. You may have even emptied liquid from a bottle by shaking it to form a vortex and noticed it emptied quicker than if you had not.. It takes only a small amount of energy to get the vortex going, but, with the aid of gravity, the mini cyclone continues until the bottle is emptied. An American inventor built and patented a water ram pump from information involving the spiral flow which he claims to have gleamed from a visit to the Egyptian Pyramid. There may yet be a truth in the old laundry detergent advertisement of a white tornado in a bottle, admittedly, a big one. Mankind's only real attempt to utilize the spiral vortex is in weapons of destruction by using a rifled barrel in arms ordinance to give projectiles flight stability, distance, and accuracy.

In the district where Schauberger lived and worked, there had been no interference in the balance of Nature and Viktor was thus able to observe events that are today inconceivable, and which no longer take place (because of the enormous deterioration of the environment). It was here that he acquired the insights into the natural movement of water that resulted in the building of his first log flume. Here too he first became aware of other levitational energies found in water. Here's my take on the similarities between the Tesla Turbine and the Schauberger Repulsine: Both are VERY similar in what is happening inside the units. In the Tesla Turbine, which, by the way, I have almost a decade of logged time in research and development, we have a spiraling vortex compression device. Adhesion and viscosity, naturally play a large part in how the turbine is driven. The singular problem with the Tesla Turbine is this: at start-up, it want to behave as if it were a Tesla Pump. Meaning, the central opening in the disk pack is "sucking" in air or fluid, and that sucking force must be overcome by the propelling fluid. This little tidbit of info always puzzled me, UNTIL, that is, when I started reading about Schauberger's Repulsine. Add to this the fact that, when the Tesla Turbine is run at internal temperatures high enough to cause the disks to become maliable (ie. above 1200 deg f.) they began to show definate similarities to Schauberger's wavy plates (in the Repulsine) - short of one difference - they scalloped like a clam shell.

OK, I will TRY to answer your questions below! Now, I some cases we simply do not have the correct information. Then we must use our technical skill and imagination. An other thing we must do is to learn to think how Viktor Schauberger think. First read the litterature, doing this try to remember the most basic things about Implosion. Then maybe the most important: DO SOMETHING PRACTICAL!! Just start to play with water make spirals, or look into the nature in water falls etc. But DO something practical!!!
