RotoVerter is:
A remarkable piece of energy saving engineering that can be applied readily to off-the-shelf components. Utilizes an AC motor - with a modest change in the wiring, a motor rated to run at 460 volts on 3-phase, at 20 - 30 amps, can be made to run on 120 volts single phase, and on a handful of amps (5 - 7 amps). Good day. My name is Ashtweth (Glen Palise), I represent Panacea-BOCAF, a non-profit organization that was founded in order to support all engineers working with alternative and suppressed energy technologies. One of the most important plans that we have is taking replicated, verified working, devices to the media in order to attract grants from philanthropic foundations for the creation of the Panacea-BOCAF center for research&developmen t, this project requires help and assistance now more than ever. Many people working in the free energy/alternative/ suppressed energy scene bemoan the lack of a center for proper, funded research&developmen t, everyone is going about it on their own instead of collaborating together in a publicly known site for alternative energy advancement. To do all of this above-board, and to disclose to the media (and to the public) working open-source alternative energy and overunity devices such as the Rotoverter technology - this is our main aim, and this is what we would like to talk about on your show - also showing you video footage of research that we have uncovered, and replicated.

We have recently finished a energy suppression media script, which also shows the rotoverter technology - which was disclosed in 1999 by Hector D. Perez Torres, publicly, opensource, and with off-the-shelf parts. The cost of replicating one of these devices depend simply on if you have access to motors, capacitors, wiring and other components or not. Even if you have nothing, and purchase everything new, it is much lower than a couple of thousand dollars - and anyone can scrounge some of the materials from junkyards or from garages. This device - which we have already replicated and used, and all the others we intend to replicate in the future, needs urgent public knowledge and support - otherwise alternative energy will keep on being bought-out, threatened, suppressed and killed off (we reference the cases of Stanley Meyer, Joe Cell, John Bedini, Viktor Schauberger, Nikola Tesla, Jim Lawson, Floyd Sweet VTA and many, many others when it comes to information suppression, fund-limiting or downright threats and out-buying). This is the reason why we here at Panacea-BOCAF created this script, to inform the general public.

Thus we would like to make this available to you, and are eagerly looking forward to your response. acoustic cavitation they want to call sonic cavitation.

so according to this Sonofusion is a common name for nuclear fusion, occurring during sonoluminescence, which is an extreme form of acoustic cavitation. acoustic cavitation occurs when ultrasound-waves are passed through a liquid, which causes the formation of bubbles, which is known as cavitation.
because a sound-wave periodically compresses/decompresses (NOTE! inhale-exhale) a liquid, cavitation can be produced in the low-pressure part of the cycle, when the sound intensity is enough.

WikiPedia when talking about cavitation, mentions impellers, but does in no way explain whether there is a connection between the rotational frequency of the impeller, the shape of it, and cavitation occurring. however, it has been suggested in books by Callum Coats, that cavitation is a intense reaction caused in pressure-based propellers or impellers, and this is because of the poor movement of this shape. that this causes the impellers+propellers damage!

wikipedia also speaks of non-inertial cavitation, where a bubble in a fluid is forced to _oscillate_ in size/shape due to an acoustic field. this is used in ultrasonic cleaning of baths.

Sonoluminescence: "the emission of short bursts of light from imploding bubbles in a liquid when excited by sound."

Dale Pond equates "Implosion" "Water-hammer effect" and "Cavitation" as being the same thing, which keely and schauberger and were working towards.

An engineer named Daniel Dingel, who used to work for NASA, has developed a car that uses plain tap water and/or sea water for fuel. The technology utilizes a mini-reactor in the car that splits the water molecule into hydrogen & oxygen, with hydrogen being burned off as fuel.The emission released out of the exhaust is clean pure water vapor or water- absolutely no pollution, in fact, it cleans the air. He now has 6 cars running on water, the first car drove out in 1969, over 30 years ago. We have a 15 minute video of a Dingel interview, test drive and engine demonstration of one of his water-fueled cars that we wish to show you. (See end of letter on how to obtain the video). He also has various other water-powered inventions- all are patents pending.
Even President George W. Bush announced last May , “we’re running out of energy in America”. Richard C. Duncan, Ph.D of the Institute on Energy and Man, say that “(By 2012) oil extraction from wells will be physically unable to meet global demand (the evidence is from the oil industry itself)”[2] “the collapse will be strongly correlated with an 'epidemic' of permanent blackouts— worldwide. When the electricity goes out, you are back in the Dark Age.” [3] With 500,000 known uses of oil including fertilizers (farms/food supply), medicine, computers, plastics etc., petroleum conservation is necessary and urgent. And former Reagan Energy Secretary Don Hodel says, ‘We're sleepwalking to disaster.’”[4]
You may have read of several car manufacturers developing hydrogen fuel cell car technology. But these cars of tomorrow have had huge obstacles from appearing on the roads. Mainly because they are designed to run on hydrogen liquid not plain water, which then brings on the multi-billion dollar dilemma of changing every gas station into hydrogen liquid fueling stations. And car designs must make room for huge cold storage tanks holding enough hydrogen liquid for the customary 300 miles, making these cars difficult to design, costly to manufacture and some consumers fear, perhaps, highly ignitable. The solution to these obstacles may still be decades away, though we hope, will come on time.
Daniel Dingel seemingly have surpassed all those obstacles. By burning regulated ahydrogen as needed, the storage & combustible problem is minimized. By using tap or sea water, there is no need for a filling station. By using aluminum in the tank, he claims the car is not ignitable. Does Dingel have the solution? We can’t say, but this timely technology demands investigation, support and development.
