John R. R. Searl
The Searl Effect Generator and the Levity Disc
Energy Generation and Gravity Control for Space Flight Systems
The inventor, Professor John Searl, President of S.I.R.C., will be speaking upon the work and the and the progress made by now in the development of both the S.E.G. (Searl-Effect-Generator) and the I.G.V. (Inverse-G-Vehicle). You must appreciate today there is much information which is still classified and cannot be released to the public, as patents may be applied for later on.
John Searl will present a summary of his projects, supported by some graphics, and in particular will briefly cover the Law of the Squares which represents a vital basis for the functioning of his machines.
The Searl Effect Generator (SEG)
In most simple outline, The Searl Effect Generator consists of a stationary ring made from magnetized material and several magnetic rollers. The magnetization is directed axially in all parts. According to Searl, the device starts rotating by itself after completion, without any additional energy supply. It is capable of releasing important quantities of mechanical or electrical power, generating high tension at the surfaces of its parts, reveals antigravity properties and several "side effects" like air ionisation and modifications of the half-life of radioactive isotopes. The designations "Searl Effect" and "Searl Effect Generator" have been proposed by Peter Barret, one of Prof. Searl's assistants.
The Searl effect properly speaking is based on the special particularities acquired by a permanent magnet - according to Searl - when a AC field is applied over the magnetizing DC field during the manufacturing process. This overlaying of an AC field is supposed to have caused the formation of a characteristic pole pattern consisting of many small separate poles in the manufactured magnets, which is a fundamental condition for the functioning of the SEG. Moreover, the distances between these separate poles have to be identical both in ring and rollers.
The material for ring and rollers has to meet with certain requirements: it is a mixture consisting of a special combination of ingredients resulting from Searl's "Law of the Squares" which he derived from his boyhood dreams.
By experimenting Searl discovered that the distance a between the rollers should be equal to diameter D1 of the rollers. For mechanical reasons, the height I of the rollers should be a trifle smaller than the height h of the ring. In operation, each roller is rotating around its axis and is circling the ring. Due to their dimensions, each of the rollers is performing a complete number of revolutions while making one full turn around the ring. Due to alternative electromagnetic effects, as well as centrifugal force, a gap s is formed between ring and rollers which practically eliminates friction between rollers and ring and creates galvanic separation of the parts.
Induction coils with an open soft iron core (C-form) are used for producing electrical energy, placed upon the SEG for creating electrical tension.
The Levity Disc
Besides, the Searl Effect Generator SEG demonstrates an antigravity effect. Once assembled, the rollers of an SEG start moving by themselves and begin circling the ring, increasing speed gradually. From a certain speed on SEG starts showing a blue glow, probably a coronary discharge. As speed increases even more, the SEG leaves the ground and lifts slowly, then with increasing speed. It apparently develops remarkable force; if you remember, the first SEG's broke through ceilings and roofs.
The Law of the Squares
The gifted inventor has written a series of books with the title "The Law of the Squares". In the groundbreaking work he gives a comprehensive description of his technology and of its basis, the law of the squares. He also speaks about his life experience and his particular way of perceiving matters.
He fells an urgent need to let the public know of his novel way of thinking and of his outstanding technology and to escort humanity into a better future.
John Roy Robert Searl was born 2.5.1932 in Berkshire. After passing part of his childhood in various homes, and having finished school, he began an apprenticeship with the British Rewind Electrical Repairs Ltd. in London. Tasks included stripping, rewinding and repairing of electric motors. In the course of his education he was first confronted with the manufacturing of magnets and the basics of electrical engineering.
This was the second impulse for his ideas which would later lead to the invention of the Searl Effect Generator (SEG). He began experimenting when he had the idea that free electrons in rotating metal bodies should be forced towards the circumference, due to their mass inertia. Remembering his dreams as a 4-year-boy, he started implementing them by combining materials for permanent magnets. At that time he made the discovery later known as the Searl Effect, and which constituted the basis for the SEG whose first model was built there and then.
1950 he was conscripted to the military. After his time with the Army he was employed as electrical and electronics fitter at the Midland Electricity Board in Tipton. After his marriage 1953 he moved to Reading, working as a relief projectionist before joining Handley Page, where he was employed as prototype wireman. In this job John wired control systems for the RAF Vicker Bombers MK II and then for the VC10.
1963 he moved to Racals Ltd., again as a prototype wireman. Later in 1963 he was employed by Vanderviels Products in Maidenhead where he handled machine setting, heat treatment, inspection, plating, staff management and training. 1977 he obtained a Private Flying License (advanced). During all this time he continued working on the SEG and built some 40 models by the end of the seventies.
1983 Searl retired in the Midlands and concentrated on his SEG, particularly on its antigravity effects. The very first model already had shown some strange behaviour: once it had been assembled it started rotating by itself, increasing speed gradually. It finally left ground and crashed into the ceiling. While Searl was still wondering how this could happen, the SEG drilled itself through the ceiling, then the roof and disappeared. The same happened to the following 5 (other sources quote 9) models. Later on he succeeded in controlling this phenomenon and in building a flying machine based on this antigravity effect, which he named Inverse-G-Vehicle /IGV).
In 1987 Gunnar Sandberg of the School for Engineering and Applied Sciences of the University of Sussex, England, published a report titled "The Searl Effect Generator, Design and Manufacturing Procedure". It gives a comprehensive description of the SEG and the technologies needed for its construction.
Since 1989 John Searl has given lectures in England, Denmark, Switzerland, the U.S.A. and in Germany. The lectures in Germany were given in Munich between June 29th and July2nd, 1990.
In March 1995, John R. R. Searl and John A. Thomas Jr. founded the _Direct International Science Consortium_ (D.I.S.C.) in order to further the development of Searl's invention and for marketing purposes. This company situated in England has branches in America, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Germany.
By the end of 1998, the English company Disc-EMR Ltd. was created and later renamed S.I.S.R.C. Ltd by John Searl: Searl International Space Research Consortium Ltd.
To-day John Searl is President of this Company, acting as consultant engineer, at the same time being the inventor of the SEARL EFFECT GENERATOR, S.E.G., which develops its own propulsion and delivers electric power.
