Stanley Meyer's water fuel cell

Does anyone know if Dave's replication of Stanley Meyer's invention will be able to run a car? Next summer I will probably build the cell. I'll put up a website which follows the work in detail.

Got one being built should be done in April 2007
I hope to have your luck with the cell design I am building. It will be done sometime in April if all goes well. My design solution can be seen on overunity.com for this is h20power. Wish me luck everyone.
